Why do I get an error of "not enough balance" upon withdrawing from my wallet?

You might already have an active withdrawal request in GC which is not completed yet.

You can see your transactions by clicking on;

• Wallets > Transaction History > Withdraw 

Choose the withdraw transaction type;

You can open the request and check the details by clicking on the "Eye" icon under the Action section.
