How to fill the "Payments" of Advcash request?

To receive the funds sent from Advcash in your GC wallet, you have to fill in the Payments with the relevant information.

• GC Account* > Click on the box and click the GC account number you sent the funds to.
• Protection Code > If you sent your funds with a protection code in Advcash, you may enter the details in this box. (Not compulsory)
• Reference Number* > The TRANSACTION ID of your transaction in Advcash is the reference number.

• User Account* > If you added your personal Advcash account number to My account in GC, you can choose it by clicking on the Enter Account Number. If not, click on the paid with third-party account and enter the sender's ADVCASH account number.

After entering all the details, click on "Submit" and wait patiently until your request is assessed and completed.
