I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

If you have forgotten your password;

1.Enter the log-in page via this link:

• GreenChange

2.Click on the I forgot my password . 

3. Choose a method to retrieve your account.

• Email > Enter your GC email address > Click on "Send Code" > Enter the code you receive in your email (Check the spam folder) > Choose a new password > Confirm new password > Click on "Submit".

• SMS > Choose the country > Enter the phone number you submitted in your GC account > Click on "Confirm" > Enter the code you received via SMS > Choose a new password > Confirm new password > Click on "Submit".

     4. Go back to the log-in page.

     5. Enter your account with the new information.
